The Crafty Witch-Making your Altar tools

You do not need to go out and spend 400 dollars on a bunch of tools that are brand new and fancy. I do not get down on witches that are like that I love fancy things too but some things are not necessary to buy when you can make it from home and even if you are not an arts and crafts type of person her is a bunch of different ways you can make things from home with out spending that much!

You will find EVERYTHING in here to be the Smart saving witch because, you may have a beautiful altar but, lets face it if it does not connect to you, your heart then it is worthless. Magic starts from your heart and ends there too. So putting a little time in making your tools is putting a little piece of your love into the tool being more connected then if you bought it.

Make a list. I will have a list posted here of all the tools that modern pagans and wiccans and eclectic witches have but, make a list of things you need because you might already have some of these things.

~~~thrift shops! Are the best!!!!~~~
They can have everything from a chest, journals, altars, candle/incense burners, and little mojo bags, oil burners religious figures everything! table clothes! I MEAN EVERYTHING AND DIRT CHEAP!
All you have to do is cleanse them afterwards with a smudge stick of sage(sweet/white) doesn’t matter. Or Pine oil or a smudge stick of pine. Once burning go counter-clockwise to cleanse the negative energy.
Ebay/Craigslist/Etsy is another option but, its more medium price and you have to make sure what you read because you could think you’re getting 100 percent essential oils or authentic white oak table but, there could be so many things wrong with it like its not really authentic or oak or the size. Or if the oils are natural how they got them if they are homemade did they ask the plants permission to take the herb and then thank it? Depending on your beliefs, just be careful.
Another place is ACmoore, or Michaels they have the best craft stores and have classes to do wood work and such, but you can also just draw items.
